What does a typical day in your role look like?
Lots of internal and external conversations fueled lots of food and a double espresso or two.
How did you get started in this industry?
I knew someone who knew someone who owned an ed-tech business, and they wanted to set up a sales team. I was curious about the sector, having just had my first child and thought I may have some skills from the corporate sector I could apply in this space. 13 years later, I’m still here.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
Seeing colleagues succeed at something for the first time and hearing how delighted our customers are with the MyNewTerm solution.
What’s your go-to productivity hack or tool?
Double espresso or cold shower, dependent on location and how long I have!
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Nothing good happens after 9pm!
What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
I go to bed at 9pm whenever possible.
If you could swap jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be? (internally)
