What does a typical day in your role look like?
As Partnerships Manager at MyNewTerm, my days are focused on delivering platform demonstrations to potential partners, attending various events, delivering presentations, building strong relationships across the education community, and keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the sector.
How did you get started in this industry?
I have been in the education sector for over 5 years, my journey first started working for an education-specific HR and Payroll provider, focusing on delivering success and advice to multi-academy trusts and schools.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
Meeting and connecting with people from all walks of life across the sector, and then being able to showcase our product to them.

A Peterborough United or a Rory Sutherland podcast.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
“Listen more than you speak.” Taking the time to really listen can teach you more than talking ever will.
What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
I have an irrational fear of cheese.
