What does a typical day in your role look like?
As an account manager, I am responsible for supporting schools and trusts with getting up and running on the platform. I also provide ongoing support with any technical queries that candidates or existing employers have (always ensuring I squeeze in a lunchtime walk and multiple cups of tea!)
How did you get started in this industry?
I began working in education as a Primary School Teacher for 8 years.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
I enjoy hearing how we are having such a positive impact within the education sector! As an ex-teacher, I have experienced firsthand how much pressure schools are under and how workload impacts this. It is always lovely to hear how we are saving people so much time.

A shared shopping list app (where Dairy Milk has a permanent place)
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
You cannot pour from an empty cup!
What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
People are normally surprised to learn that I love Star Wars and Zelda!
