Today, MyNewTerm has launched a direct integration with Pressburst, giving independent schools a faster and simpler way to promote vacancies across the sector.
Automatic posting to the independent school network
Independent schools using MyNewTerm can now have vacancies automatically published to Pressburst and its network of association job boards, including:
- Independent Schools Council (ISC) – representing seven associations of independent schools, their heads, bursars, and governors.
- Girls’ Schools Association (GSA) – supporting the heads of the UK’s leading girls’ schools.
- The Heads’ Conference (HMC) – representing heads of the world’s leading independent schools.
- Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) – representing over 650 world-class prep schools.
- Independent Schools Association (ISA) – representing over 600 independent schools across the UK and overseas.
- The Society of Heads (SoH) – representing independent schools with a shared commitment to balanced, high-quality education.
No more duplicate entry
When a vacancy is posted on MyNewTerm, it is automatically sent to Pressburst for distribution to the relevant association job boards. This removes the need to enter job details into Pressburst too.
Maximum reach with less effort
The integration ensures vacancies are seen by a wider audience across key sector platforms without adding extra steps to the recruitment process. This means faster posting, greater visibility, and more time available to focus on selecting the right candidate.
Available now at no extra cost
The integration is available immediately for all Pressburst Pro Plan schools at no additional charge. Schools already using MyNewTerm can contact the Pressburst team to connect their feed.
Wayne Cartmel, Founder & CEO of MyNewTerm, said:
“We’re pleased to deliver this integration with Pressburst to make independent school recruitment more efficient. By removing repetitive administration and increasing the reach of vacancies, schools can focus on what matters most: attracting the right talent and making cost-effective hiring decisions during a challenging time for the sector.”
This collaboration sets a new standard for independent school recruitment, delivering greater efficiency, cost savings, and improved outcomes across the UK.
